1- 2023 Hyundai Kona

The Hyundai Kona is technically still in its first generation, the Korean automaker introduced the midlife cycle refresh to its Kona crossover in late 2020 for the 2021 model year with design updates and a revamped drivetrain.

CR has ranked the 2023 Kia Sorento at the very bottom among the mid-size SUVs making things worse for the Kia owner satisfaction ratings are low enough to show that there is a big problem that needs to be addressed for the customer.
