The first BYD Ocean series saloon to include Super Hybrid plug-in hybrid technology is the BYD Chaser 07. The model offers a roomy cabin and a sophisticated sea-inspired appearance. There are two variants available one with an electric range of 121 kilometers and the other with a 200 km range.
The first luxury BYD Yangwang U8
In Shanghai, BYD has presented the first two models of Yangwang, its recently launched luxury division.
BYD Yangwang U8, the SUV with 1,100 hp
e-Platform and DiSus-P, BYD’s intelligent body control hydraulic system, are two self-developed fundamental technologies that the BYD Yangwang U8 is positioned as a 100% electric luxury off-road SUV.
Based on the e platform, the Yangwang U8 has a maximum output of more than 1,100 PS and can reach 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds. It is already available in two versions:
- The Yangwang U8 Premium Edition is distinguished by its opulent setting and sophisticated technology.
- The Yangwang U8 Off-road Master Edition which was created especially for fans of off-road driving has even more off-road capabilities.
In China, sales of the Yangwang U8 Premium Edition and Off-road Master Edition have already begun for 1,098,000 yuan (about 145,000 euros).

The BYD Yangwang U9, which reflects the Time Gate design language, has been officially introduced in addition to the Yangwang U8 pre-sale in China.
The e 4 Platform, the BYD DiSus Intelligent Body Control System, the Blade Battery, the Master Body, the Smart Cockpit, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) are the six essential technologies introduced by this model.
BYD Denza N7 and BYD Denza D9 PREMIER

The Denza N7 is a luxurious, athletic, and connected SUV that comes with the DiSus-A system, a pneumatic system for intelligent body control, the world’s first interactive intelligent cockpit, and an audio system designed by DEVIALET.
The Denza D9 Premier (4-seat launch edition) is a premium MPV with an imposing and stylish appearance and a sophisticated and well-kept inside, giving passengers in the back row a spacious area to work, play, and rest.
